For your interest, we present here a

Our Video Consultation Service has been established for the use of those who may be unable to travel to us or to whom we cannot travel, in support of a local veterinarian. This service enables clients from all over the world to have an on-line, real-time consultation from home, at a mutually suitable time (via webcam). So far, we have treated dogs, cats and horses by this method. Not every therapy is suitable for this medium but homeopathy and herb medicine can be done in this way, with the cooperation of the local vet. We can offer a horse vetting (or pony vetting) service, designed especially for existing clients. Of course, this will be along holistic lines. Christopher Day was one of the first holistic vets in the UK. He has been instrumental in setting up training and qualification for homeopathic vets in the UK and internationally. He has been involved in the academic side of training acupuncture vets and of training and examining animal chiropractors. |
Is someone who uses these therapies a 'natural vet', an alternative vet', a 'complementary vet' or a holistic vet'? We think the precise nomenclature is not as important as the service offered and the patient care provided.
